Mark Chasan, Founder, Chairman & Chief Visionary Officer - Mark brings over 30 years of passionate devotion to transformative wellness and consciousness. Mark is a lawyer, sustainability thought leader, international speaker, entrepreneur, CEO, investment banker, intuitive healer, gourmet organic cook, environmentalist and the author of the soon to be released book “Living in AWE – Abundance-Wellness-Enlightenment.”
Prior to AWE, Mark was the Chairman and CEO of Transformative Capital, Inc., a multi-faceted strategic advisory and outsourced executive services firm focusing on renewable energy and companies that are sustainable, environmentally conscious and transformative.
Mark has also been involved in digital media and technology for 15 years, having been the founder and CEO of Emusic in 1995, which became the first company in history to sell digital music and mp3 players online. In February 1999, Emusic merged with Goodnoise/Emusic.com, Inc. and went public on the NASDAQ (NASDAQ: EMUS). Mark has been a California lawyer since 1985 and headed the law firm of Chasan & Associates, which focused in corporate, securities, entertainment, transactional and civil law until 1998, when he left the practice of law to pursue Emusic.
Mark is now focusing his years of commitment and experience in business, law, wellness, environment and philosophy to create a world of AWE.
